1 Copy Signature
Click the green Copy to Clipboard button on the left.
2 Open Settings
Open your Gmail account, click the Gear icon âš™ in the top right, and select See all settings.
3 Go to Signature
Scroll down to the Signature section in the "General" tab.
4 Paste & Save
Create a new signature (or select an existing one), click inside the text editor box, and press Cmd+V (Mac) or Ctrl+V (Windows) to paste the signature.
5 Apply Default Settings
Under Signature defaults, make sure to set your signature to be used for "For new emails use" and "On reply/forward use" if desired, scroll to the bottom, and click Save Changes.

2 Open Settings
Log in to your Outlook Web (Office 365) account. Click the Gear icon âš™ in the top right.
3 Go to Signatures
Navigate to Mail > Compose and reply.
4 Paste & Save
Click "+ New signature", give it a name, click inside the signature composition editor box, and paste by pressing Cmd+V or Ctrl+V. Then click Save.

Open Outlook Desktop, click File > Options > Mail > Signatures (on Windows) OR Outlook > Preferences > Signatures (on Mac).
3 Create New Signature
Click New, enter a name, and click inside the signature body editor.
4 Paste & Format
Paste using Cmd+V or Ctrl+V. If prompt appears, select "Keep Source Formatting" (a clipboard icon setting) to maintain colors, separator lines, and layout columns. Click OK.
